Starting points of the journey in Kundalini Yoga are the energy centers, within human’s body, called Chakras. Due to inner or outer reasons they can be blocked. In this case our free development is slowed down, making suffer from physical or emotional ailments. Regular practice of Kundalini Yoga enables us to remove or at least soften such blockages. Allowing your energy to freely flow again.

Kundalini Yoga combines dynamic and static asanas with meditative and spiritual elements.

The aim is to cleanse the chakras in the body.

Throughout a Kundalini Yoga session you experience:

  • Asanas (physical exercises)
  • Mudras (hand postures)
  • Mantras (singing sacred verses)
  • Pranayama (Breathing)
